Fundacja Ambasadorzy Pomysłów, Ambasadors of Ideas, is the continuation of the vision and activities already implemented by the informal group  IDEA (Inspired by Diversity, Empowerment & Adventurous Spirit) based in Leszno, which came to life by the initiative of active parents, youth workers, young people and others actively engaged in implementing activities at local level. These people, in search of development and willing to support lifelong learning, wanted to develop at European level to bring new experiences to our work in the Foundation.

IDEA and now Ambassadors of Ideas  involved youth leaders, educators, psychologists, and psychotherapists who support young people at the local and regional levels, as well as at the European level, by conducting training for youth workers, teachers, educators, and young people on topics related to active participation in social life, youth work, European mobility, creative thinking, emotion management, communication, positive psychology, well-being, and project management.

We work in the fields well-being, mindfulness, active citizenship, youth work & youth empowerment, non formal learning and lifelong learning; in the fields of youth and youth work and adult learning.
